Mystilium – The Three Faces of Light

I am Diána Giba, the creator of Mystilium. The root of my creations is light, which has carried life, hope, and magic since ancient times. I believe that light does not merely surround us—it also radiates from within us—and in all its forms, it is capable of touching anyone who encounters it.

I have developed my own special technique, in which I combine paints, special polymer clay, and a wide variety of other raw materials. This is how the colorful, cheerful, glow-in-the-dark mushrooms, jewelry, and fantastic creatures are born, whose atmosphere is sometimes inspired by a psychedelic world of color and playful fantasy. The ancient energy of real mushrooms has fascinated me for a long time, and this natural wonder provides inspiration for the shapes of many of my creations.

The uniqueness of my works is that they show three different faces: they shine differently in natural light, in UV light, and also in complete darkness. I consciously plan this "3-in-1" light experience for each piece, so that a new magic is revealed in every type of light.

Recently, the special resonance of copper wires and minerals has also found a place in my creations. Copper is a metal with a special, pure vibration: it can be associated with the frequency of love, as an ancient conductive material it cleanses the space, refreshes mental functioning—and for me, it provides a kind of subtle, warm support during the creation process. For a long time, copper only called out to me quietly, but now it has finally found a home with me, creating a beautiful harmony with the natural energy of minerals, and sometimes with the glowing technique.
